A DAY AT THE FARE SHARE KITCHEN IN MELBOURNE

In any typical workday, the Wealth for Life team helps everyday Australian families secure their financial future,
via well planned and executed property investment strategies. We are passionate and committed to ensuring our clients are amongst the 6% of Australian retirees who are financially independent and wealthy,
but recently we started to ask ourselves if, and more importantly HOW can we help our broader community?

Together we concluded it was time for us, as a team to give back and that’s when we decided to reach out to FareShare, offering our support.

What followed was anything but a typical workday.

Recently  we were privileged enough to spend several hours in the Fareshare kitchen, volunteering our time
to cook over 1,500 meals. We worked, laughed and competed over who was the best sausage roll maker. Several of us found ourselves wiping away tears as we realised just how close to home ‘food insecurity’ is and just how valuable services
like Fareshare and Foodbank Australia are.

And tonight as we all leave the office after a huge week, we are proud to share this video with you in the hopes
we can inspire people to do more for their community.

WEALTH FOR LIFE SUPPORTS HOPES AND DREAMS

Hopes and Dreams exists for the direct relief of poverty, to bring basic human needs, social justice, self-worth
and a sense of purpose to families living in poverty.  We believe Hopes and Dreams can assist in breaking the cycle of poverty
for those who have been in this condition for years and even generations. We don’t want to see children dying before they
reach 5 years of age because of water related diseases and we don’t want to see people go to bed hungry because they don’t
have an income that can support their basic needs.

We want to see people, who, for the first time, have a hope for the future.
