POSITION

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Creator who would be an exceptional addition to our team. We are seeking someone with high attention to quality detail, ability to design on brand while creating cohesive design packages for corporate events training, teaching, ads, and realistically rendered graphics and scenarios, with a thorough understanding of Branding/Identity and design principles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Create motion designs for multiple marketing advertising channels: video/youtube, organic and paid social, display advertising, client interviews, instructional/explainer videos, etc. Typography, Animated Ads.

  2. Design/illustrate templates, projects and other assets for animation.

  3. Create compelling and successful social and display advertising by leveraging motion graphics, typography, photography, video and colour with minimal direction.

  4. Design and animate vector illustrations, graphs, typography and other graphic elements.

  5. Enhance live-action videos with tasteful and engaging animations that help drive the narrative.

  6. Lightly video edit and manipulate/add audio and music when necessary.

  7. Use design tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Audition (Adobe Creative Suite).

  8. Work closely and collaborate across diverse teams with different time zones.

  9. Help workshop new motion graphics solutions for marketing team and company needs.

  10. Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.

  11. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas as mockups or thumbnail sketches.

  12. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs as well as edit photo assets.

  13. Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.

  14. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.

  15. Test graphics across various media.

  16. Amend designs after feedback.

  17. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

  18. Work with other creative team members to produce content.

  19. Follow guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.

  20. Organise and maintain asset library.

REQUIREMENTS & Responsibilities

  1. Video Editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere.

  2. Familiar with Vectors, files Types and saving for the web.

  3. 2+ years experience as a Multimedia Content Designer, Motion graphics or animation artist.

  4. Ability to design on Brand while creating cohesive design packages for corporate events training, teaching, ads, and realistically rendered graphics and scenarios, with a thorough understanding of Branding/Identity and design principles.

  5. Ability to collaboratively implement and develop consistent branding practices across projects and take direction and implement rounds of feedback from Art/Creative Directors and Marketing Managers.

  6. Ability to project manage multiple projects and prioritise.

  7. Ability to work both independently (self-starter) during moments of ambiguity and within a team with the ability to collaborate and take direction.

  8. Ability to produce high quality content in a fast paced environment with sometimes very little turnaround time.

  9. Willingness to learn new techniques/tools through research, online tools, software and problem solving to achieve a desired goal.

  10. An up-to-date portfolio or reel will be required.


This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
