POSITION

As a great salesperson, you will be someone who truly and genuinely cares for another human being on all levels. You are one that wants to help the other person solve a problem or challenge in their life with a solution that once implemented, produces results that carry far greater value than the monetary figure exchanged. It will be your absolute duty to care for the client and help them make the right buying decision that will benefit the client long after the transaction or final payment is made. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You will meet with the best leads in the business, financially qualified, educated on our products services and in more volumes than you can handle.

  2. You will educate clients about the principles and fundamentals of Property Investing and Finance and put together a wealth creation strategy for each client.

  3. You will tap into the existing sales process which is tested, tried and proven, utilising the best software in the industry, existing marketing and sales presentations and the latest up to date property market research and information.

  4. Present property solutions to clients and support them in making the right investment decision for them.

  5. Work closely with our mortgage brokers, solicitors, financial planners and advisors, property managers and more to create new business development opportunities.

  6. Work closely with our marketing team, education consultants, real estate acquisitions and settlements personnel.

  7. Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels.

  8. Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead.

  9. Convert leads into customers.

  10. Track and report on all leads within the pipeline.

  11. Work on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.

  12. Participate in all training provided by the company.

  13. Take full responsibility to ensure that you hit your targets each month.

  14. Be flexible with your schedule, time and availability to work outside of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm if and when required.

  15. Produce signed, accurate, completed and profitable contracts of sale with down payments that close. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. A minimum of three years experience in consultative sales and customer service experience in the property industry or a professional-client services environment. (Real Estate License advantageous)

  2. Finance knowledge highly regarded. (Mortgage Broker or Finance background advantageous)

  3. Be a top performer and closer focusing on results and win/win for all.

  4. Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.

  5. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Must be able and willing to always put the clients best interests above all else.

  7. Be passionate about the property industry and your role, promoting confidence in all ideas.

  8. Ability to present persuasive arguments and handle complaints and overcome objections.

  9. Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyse information to skillfully develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations.

  10. Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

  11. Attendance/Punctuality - is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.

  12. Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organisational values.

  13. Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions.

  14. Demonstrate persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.

  15. Prioritise and plan work activities; use time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; organise or schedule other people and their tasks. 

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
