POSITION

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate Senior Marketing Director to head up our start up Marketing and Media Production Company at Wealth For Life. You will actively manage and execute all the marketing and promotion of our existing and future business units under the Wealth For Life umbrella, driving brand direction and awareness and implementing campaigns that support and drive business growth. You will have experience in graphic design, digital and print campaigns, brand management, photography, campaign calendar management, identifying sales opportunities and other marketing related tasks. You must be able to work independently to deliver end-to-end solutions whilst also working closely with all key stakeholders to help bring Wealth For Life’s brand to the marketplace and spread its message and information across Australia and the world. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Be responsible for executing promotions and campaigns in conjunction with the company and marketing team that drive brand awareness and direct response into the business.

  2. To make the products and services of Wealth For Life well known and well thought of.

  3. You will be responsible for recruiting and building this team.

  4. Be able to establish and grow the business unit known as Wealth For Life Marketing and Media Productions.

  5. Design and implement marketing strategies to maintain operating performance in conjunction with Wealth For Life & commercial stakeholders.

  6. Support business growth and development of company goals, purposes and strategic plans.

  7. Initiate and implement our marketing strategies, coordinate activities and be our industry liaison that will deliver successful outcomes.

  8. Brand enhancement, liaise with other organisational units and to deliver marketing objectives.

  9. Assist the Wealth For Life team in providing creative direction and coordinate campaign briefing process to identify market trend and opportunities.

  10. Work with the digital marketing specialists to identify winning strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Twitter, Linked In etc.)

  11. Coordinate and manage the objectives of the marketing campaigns; the digital marketing team, Google, Facebook, email CRM.

  12. Willing to attend any Wealth For Life events to generate content, flexible with working hours aligned to our business demand. 

SKILLS AND Requirements

  1. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role.

  2. Experience and background across multiple industries and not necessarily real estate investments and wealth management is a bonus.

  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising print and digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and create want.

  4. Strong analytical and creative skills.

  5. Experience in photography for social media platforms and other marketing use.

  6. The role will require an exceptional level of communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable dealing with change, randomity and complexity.

  8. Polished communication and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency to operate at an Executive level.

  9. High level of personal drive and self-motivated.

  10. Intermediary skills in design software’s such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign etc.

  11. Strong copywriting skills.

  12. Deadline oriented with proven organisational and problem-solving skills.

  13. An eye for detail.

  14. Experience in a digital marketing and communications role, with involvement in lead generation, campaign creation and delivery preferably in both a B2C and B2B environment.

  15. Relevant tertiary qualifications (communications, marketing, business, new media, public relations or other relevant field).

  16. Will have a good network of clients and industry colleagues to draw upon.

  17. Be able to work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a dedicated team at Wealth For Life. 

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
