As the leader in real estate investment solutions, we are looking for an experienced real estate acquisitions manager sourcing only the best real estate investment opportunities for our clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Securing top quality real estate for clients that provides a combination of long term capital appreciation and strong cashflow across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane markets.

  2. Building and leveraging off existing networks and relationships with vendors, developers, builders and agents.

  3. Accurately completing and collating all marketing material.

  4. Presenting real estate to property investment advisors.

  5. Reviewing and negotiating all contracts of sale.

  6. Reviewing and ensuring that all sales & marketing agreements with vendors & agents have been signed correctly.

  7. Inspecting real estate sites.

  8. Presentation of projects to company.

  9. Conducing all due diligence to ensure that each project is profitable to clients and company.

  10. Conducting feasibility studies on development projects.

  11. Use, update and maintain the company CRM system and intranet sites as required.

  12. Work with builders and developers to enhance quality of projects, products and services.

  13. Stay up to date with all compliance requirements, industry movements and product knowledge.

  14. Adhere to the daily and weekly targets assigned by management.

  15. Prepare reports based on the targets achieved on a weekly basis.

  16. Participate in initial and ongoing training.

  17. Ensure that there is an adequate quantity of sales and property marketing material provided on time to the Property Investment Advisor(s) and/or Sales Manager.

  18. Swiftly carry out any reasonable duties required by Management from time to time that are not part of the position descriptions, but are required to keep the organisation operating smoothly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. A minimum of three years experience in the real estate industry as a buyers agent, property acquisitions role or project marketer.

  2. Be a top performer and closer focusing on results and win/win for all.

  3. Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.

  4. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Must be able and willing to always put the clients best interests above all else.

  6. Extensive experience in real estate

  7. Excellent knowledge of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane real estate markets

  8. High levels of professional courtesy and personal integrity

  9. Strong networking skills/ deep networks

  10. Excellent negotiation and research skills

  11. Real Estate Licence preferred

  12. A solid understanding of investment property

  13. Energy and passion required to build on our success and ensure the performance of the assigned developments.

  14. You will be a self-motivator with a high level of energy and passion.

  15. The ability to deliver on our commitment of outstanding customer and client service.

  16. You will be self confident, trustworthy, a great team player, persuasive, an excellent communicator, persistent, friendly, well presented, analytical and have a passion for property.

  17. You must be willing to serve the needs of our clients 100% and have strong organisational skills. You will have sound numerical and computer literacy, be self motivated and innovative and have a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
