POSITION

The Social Media Director position will work in our marketing team to help bring Wealth For Life’s material to the marketplace and spread its message and information across Australia and the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

  2. Build and manage the Social Media team.

  3. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

  4. Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.

  5. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.

  6. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

  7. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

  8. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.

  9. Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

  10. Track and report on stats, progress and areas of improvement.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Journalism or related field required.

  2. Master's degree preferred.

  3. 5-7 years as a Social Media Director.

  4. Experience with Active Campaign, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hubspot.

  5. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics.

  6. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

  7. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices.

  8. Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms.

  9. Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience.

  10. Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

  11. General knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and internet ranking for web content.

  12. Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.

  13. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilise these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.

  14. Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.

  15. Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  16. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile.

  17. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  18. Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.

  19. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
